Technical Coordination
Project Background
As part of a departmental digital transformation program for schools, tablets were deployed and assigned to 6th grade students, with the goal of supporting them throughout their middle school years.
This institutional project required a high level of expertise in preparation, reliability, and standardization, with devices needing to be operational from the moment they were handed to students and designed for multi-year use.
Tech-IT was involved for two consecutive years across 10 public schools as a subcontractor for a national integrator (ESN), operating across multiple school sites, requiring on-site coordination, adherence to procedures, and management of constraints specific to the school environment.
